At Katie’s Crochet Cove, every handbag is lovingly handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

As each item is handmade, please allow 4–10 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. During busier periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but I’ll always do my best to complete your order as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you can choose from the following delivery options at checkout:

Next Day Delivery

• Delivered the next working day after dispatch.

Standard Delivery

• Delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number (where applicable) once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

Although I work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond my control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Katie’s Crochet Cove only ships within the United Kingdom. I hope to offer international shipping in the future.
